lol, call me buttstuff, but I'll take my overkill over having a busted t5  that sounds like a box of rocks with only one working gear lol... like a few people i know :p

THe T56 is a nice trans, Did I miss it or doesn't the "Viper Spec" come with a 26 spline input shaft?
  Lot of '03-04 Cobra swap the input shaft to the 26 spline for more POWER.

 I have a T-56 for my old cougar project.

you are correct sir. it also has a different output shaft. also, my clutch kit, and cross member came in today, maybe Friday I'll see the bell housing and new billet flywheel, then i can start assembly.

You will have to move your crossmember back.
 A buddy just put one in his SN95 stang.

He likes it pretty well.
