Good question about length.I installed the H.O engine a month ago into the Sport, and did some eyeball measuring and just lengthened my factory harness. It took all of 30 minutes (using solder and heat shrink),and works great. The cost was free.Just a thought.

Just add at least 2 feet. Or make it 3 to be safe. You'll need the extra length to route it away from the header heat and other parts. If there's extra, just make a couple of loops and zip-tie it out of the way.
Death awaits you all with nasty, big, pointy teeth.
