The sunroof has a vent shade but I don't know if the '86 sunroof is like the '88 in that it should have a roof console. If it's aftermarket, looks like a good job. It looks just like the one my sister had in her Lumina and it was a dealer installed sunroof. It was listed on a dealer sticker right next to the factory sticker when she bought the car new.
