Because a few more TC's appeared. :D John's new ride:1988 Black primer/Raven cloth 5-Speed all stock,no options at all except moonroofOthers:1987 Dk Blue/Blue 5-Speed no motor1988 Gold/Tan 5-Speed no rear end (runs though)1987 Silver (what's left of a hit in the rear car)Basic plan is to get the "primer" car nice and lightly modded (14's) and then paint it. It's John's new daily driver to keep the miles off of the GTO.The other 3 cars will be stripped and combined into 1 car. The blue car will be the one "kept" as it's by and far the nicest. We're still in the air on whether we'll even build it (not sure of rust content yet), but if we do, it might be a 460/C6 or 2.3/T5. The new TC's, with pics! Reply #3 – February 18, 2007, 10:04:00 PM Here's the primer car. It's a 12/87 build 88. It's got the 1-piece rear window rubber, chrome 2-piece door pull clips, and an LA3. The ONLY option it has is the power moonroof. NO Premium SOund, no power antenna, no auto-dim, no EATC, nothing. It's kind of wierd. Original Gunmetal/Raven cloth now it's all primer. The nose has been "tweaked" kinda bizarrly, the damage looks extremely minor. There's a lot of "minor" issues. Like the turbo is siezed completely! It's all easy stuff we'll be completing 1 at a time. Today we changed the plugs, wires, rotor, and cap. Swapped in straight radiator mounts and hood latch bar too.We've decided that if either the Blue car or the Gold car are worth saving we will save it and turn it into the drag car. Layla's plans are going ahead the same still, so don't worry:evilgrin: IF we save a hardtop car, we'll be sticking with stock longblock for awhile to play with it.
