Part horders?

Ive put away car parts for years, mostly Mustang, some Mopar, even a couple Chevy.  For one reason or another I have sold some of them, but most of them I have kept.  Maybe they will be worth something some day.

Heres a partial list:

4 NOS 65 Impala SS hubcaps
4 mint 65 Mustang hubcaps
Over 50 1965-1972 muscle car owners manuals
A bunch of oem Ford radios 1965-1988
A bunch of Police Intercepter badges
A bunch of Marchel fog light covers
A bunch of oem Ford shift s
A bunch of sets of Ford chrome lug nuts 1965-2005
Mint set of Dart GTS badges (off my 1st car)
All the chrome trim off a 63 Ranchero
Complete 95 Mustang GT 5 lug setup
A bunch of other rare Mustang stuff that is going to fund my retirement

You should see the stash of mustang stuff my dad has. He has these 2 wheels, that we have no idea what they are but we took them to a guy that deals with wheels he begged my dad to sell them, i think they are a shelby wheel, but i can't find anything that looks like them. He has enough parts to basically build half another mustang too

That would be hard to get pics of. I'll throw a set of pics of the TRX's if any nay-sayers want.

the pics would probably be worth more than wheels themselves...I've a mint set that I can't give away...I don't even like the  looks of em on an '87-'88.

Well, they look to be ok and are from , what I was told, was an 81 Stang cobra??? I see them as an odd item that can be used for burnouts while my good tires stay safe.

Yeah I like to d the parts too. I've got enough 2.3t stuff to build 3 motors and have lots of spares. I do know one guy that really knows how to stock up on stuff. He has 30 t-bird/cougars. These are complete cars most of witch are 2.3T. So I guess you can stock up on anything.

...Until you price tires for 'em. If you can even find 'em.

My personal parts stash includes almost a complete Thunderbird minus the actual unibody - both doors, one fender (I installed the other one on my car), full red interior, one TC header panel I bought from nate before buying the parts car, a non-TC header panel, bumper cover and hood, trunklid all removed from my car, all trim, all glass except windshield and rear window, all modules, relays, actuators, switches, steering column, three sets of like new headlights, two sets of the other front lights, two extra pairs of tail lights, a set of 10-holes with nearly new 225/60R15 tires (actually they're on my car now until I restore the snowflakes), 7.5" open rear axle that's gonna be removed from my car when I install the TC rear, two front control arms, all four rear control arms, two PRC struts and two PRC shocks, their respective actuators and controllers, two blue center consoles, a complete sunroof (aftermarket), full TC dual exhaust with Flowmaster lers

I've also got a '94 351 attached to a C6, a full floating one-ton rear end, three 16" 8-hole rims (all out of an E-350 van), a set of 351--->Fox swap headers, several wiring harnesses, crates full of Police Interceptor wiring bits, some strobe lights and other police lights...

And the stuff that was left behind when I bought the house, including a bare Ford 302 or 289 block with a tree growing out of a piston hole, an unknown Ford Duraspark V8 distributor with six plug wires attached, a '72 Bronco instrument cluster, dash harness and steering wheel, a whole bunch of unknown 4WD truck parts (assumed to be '72 Bronco), one 24X8X12 ATV tire, several canisters of NOS Volvo emblems/fasteners/bulbs/switches, and a box of misc vacuum and fuel hoses...

All of the T-Bird stuff is "stuffed" into an 8X10 shed. The 351 and other van stuff is still in the van until spring. Most of the "left behind" stuff is in another shed. I've really, really got to clean this shiznit up, though. Especially the  that was left behind.

I need pics of that! :hick:

I have EVERYBODY beat! (Eric does have more NOS stuff though.) I literally have over 15,000 POUNDS of 83-88 TBird/Cougar parts NOT including the cars themselves. Partial breakdown:

3 complete 2.3T's in various states of dissassembly
6 Turbo heads
1 N/A head
8 Intake sets
9 Valve Covers
4 complete IHI's
2 complete T3's
2 87/88 TC hoods
2 87/88 TC header panels
2 87/88 TC front bumpers
6 trunklids
T5 complete with swap kit
swap kit less T5
3 fenders
2 sets of doors (1 83-86, 1 87-88)
etc, etc, etc, but that's all "normal" stuff. It's the rare/hi-po stuff that REALLY matters:

3-piece 83-86 TBird Kaminari wing
1-piece 87-88 TBird custom hand-made spoiler
NOS FMS ducktail spoiler (I have 3 standing offers for $1500 on it...)
MINT 87-88 TC shift
83 DPS console with alarm
83-86 Tripminder with harness
Halo headrests on Sparco's
MINT Ford 87/88 TC car bra
MINT LeBra 87/88 TC car bra
NOS 83-86 non-wing window inner and outer dew wipes
etc, etc, etc

Plus Layla (88 TC with EVERY option except auto. ie- power moonroof, leather, dps, auto-dim, light group, power antenna, premium sound with eq, system sentry, keyless, lighted locks, cornering lamps, etc)

Plus another 87 TC COMPLETE parts car (RUSTY!!!)

Plus my "other" stuff:
AMC 401 virgin, complete
AMC dog-leg heads
various AMC, LS1/2, Porsche 944, and Nissan KA parts
all the "race" stuff, 5-point harnesses, helmets, line-locs, etc.

Plus the world's largest 83-88 TBird/Cougar "hobby" collection (mint and nos brochures, factory manuals, owner's manuals, models, die-casts, slot cars, R/C's, etc).

Plus exclusive contracts (and molds) on specific parts:
87/88 Hella foglights
center console decals for all years
silicone IC hoses
and lots more in the works

If these cars ever make it "big" I will be set for life :D:hick:

I have a fairly uncommon peice of GM history at a uncles house. A rusted to shiznit 68 GTO convertable. Body is there, rest is gutted. Spare chassis beside it. Not worth much but aside from the hopeless TRX's and commin stuff, it's all I can name here

Three mostly complete boxbirds minus the main body, three blue interiors, one turd brown, some NOS parts. Pile of windsor V8's and trannys, smaller pile of squarebird bits and pieces, a few turbo 3cyl engines, wiring harnesses, electronics. half dozen 60's-70's enduro motorbikes.
