Need 3.8 parts?

as you can see from the post "bad news" in the lounge things have been hectic... but im ready to be able to get some more things done.. i do have parts from my 84 mercury cougar available engine wise it has a 3.8 CFI in it.. i do have these parts currently pulled

Set of heads (may need valve seals burns oil)
valve covers
intake manifold
CFI unit

i dont really know how to price these parts as being not really high desired parts lol but send me offers on them and we can work something out also if anything else is needed i can pull it along with electronics related to the engine. there is no guarentee on these parts but i will try to insure they are in good working order. shipping would be from 97479 which is sutherlin oregon.
the more i can get rid of the better cause i need to get money for parts to finish the cougar. pictures can be aquired thru webcam. also i will have the transmission (C5) once i get the clutch kit and cable for the new motor/trans combo going in. Jus tlet me know what ya need and ill see what can be done.
