need help with part removal

Can someone tell me how this part is removed (see pic).I removed the four bolts holding it down,but there is somthing holding it on,towards the end of the part (under the windshield molding).
I dont want to force it off............please help.

The side windshield moldings have to come off IIRC.

This  bottom windshield plate, I NEVER see any cougar/Bird having this plate not peeled (plastic coat), rusted, or throwed by the rust...

Mine is rusted, rapaired, and rusted again, this damage My windshield wipers, before I do all body work finished on My car, and other things, I'll plan to make one in plastic, molded on the original one, with a PVC or whatever...

This plate will rust again and again in steel (coated or not) cauz the wipers scratch the coating, and all the rain fall here, over and maybe under...

When I do mine in PVC or other material, I'll post the "making of" and the final result for sure...

If don't alresdy exist, I'll not surprised...
