well it's official

as of 03/01/2007  i will be southern white trailer trash :hick: 

i don't have any pictures right now but it's a year 2005 double wide 28'X52'..

it has three bedrooms all with walk in closets two full bathrooms and a laundry room and large full kitchen.. every room has vaulted ceilings..

and a two car driveway  BUT no garage  oh well can't win them all :disappoin 


but it it does have a hugh club house with tables and chairs to seat about 120 people.. hugh pool and two sonas allso a billiard room with two full size brunswick tables and a large parking lot and with a large kitchen for food! and no fees just a $100.00 deposit so if i don't clean the mess.. lol
with a bunch of hotels right around the corner

you mean that soooooo wrong 8 ball rack?
not only can they not rack,, but seems to be missing the 15.

that place sounds really nice man!! is this a "buy" or rent type thing?  id be in heaven.  Horse shoes, pool, more pool , hot tub,,,, man your living the life.

i moved from ga to nc, and i got an apt at this place and you should see the website (i forget it right now) its got a pavilian, frisbee golf course, full baseball field, 2 basket ball courts, "nice sized rooms" a gym and computer in the office.  445 a month furnished.

ok first of all there aint enough people in these apartments to play baseball, who the hell plays frisbee golf? the rooms are about the size of a walk in closet, with a walk in closet and bathroom.  we're not allowed at the pavillian at night or the courts or field.  the office "gym" is one work out thing that you could prolly do 20 exorcises with, and the computer is like a library computer.  not only that, but me and my roomate got jumped by a bunch of gang members on halloween night, well i dropped my roomate and 2 friends that live below me off infront of a college (didnt know it was a black college) and they followed them to the aprtments (it was like a 20 min walk, they were dressed up as icp and wanted to walk the streets thinkin its safe) and they got chased through the woods..  when one of my friends and my roomate ran down the embankment, they both tripped at the base of the hill, and i was sittin on a electricity box right where this happend, and my roomate had no laces in his timberlands so he didnt get up fast enough.  20 black guys started beating on him and stomping on him while he was in the fedal position, so i manned up and threw a punch, they all attacked me and he was able to get up and run.  i had a tred of a boot marked on my neck that lasted 2 weeks, i had been stomped in the head.  but the difference was every chance i got i stood up to go at it.  i wasnt ganna ****in lay there and possibly be beat to death so they let me go like they were fightin me for my prison lunch.  cops were called, nothing happend for 2 months and then the apts just kicked all the people from that college out of here.  i had to go to school the very next day and give them a statement and everything otherwise i would have been kicked out for fighting.  the only reason i wasnt was i addressed the issue imediately.  my roomate wanted to act proud and not do anything about it.  but thanks to me, he's still in school.

i just hope you have better success and didnt choose to live there b/c of an advertising pitch.  you know what hooked me?  445 a month and if my roomates get evicted or go broke i dont have to cover thier asses.

no tornados down here.. up way north florida yes i have'nt heard of any down this far..

and besides this trailer is good up to 140MPH winds.. any higher then that it won't really matter much where i'm staying lol

sure i guess it's either this or about 250G's+ for a house about 1800to2000 square feet..

this is only about a 1 1/2 years old and i payed 55G's for this and it's 1500 square feet.

as far as the milf's lol the ones i ran into so far where either drunks,air heads or are looking for the big M..

since i've bin down here i have had meny chicks ask me for my phone number.. not me asking them for theirs..
and no calls lol. i run into them all the time at bars and other places all the time and all i get is a hello.. i'll live.. i talk to them but thats about as far as it gets..

one day lol i'm in no rush to find a chick..

i have bigger and better things to worry about right now..
