FedEx sucks! January 05, 2007, 12:12:55 AM Well i ordered some swaybar bushings and spring isolators(to go with my new motorsport C springs) from CHE and they were supposed to be delivered today. well I checked the tracking number after i saw the truck go by the house and it said it had been delivered. So i go out and look for it and its nowhere to be found. Now either someone was really quick and stole it(i was home the entire time and the truck didnt stop at the house anyway) or the Idiot driver:nkhk: :pbb: :flame: delivered it to the wrong house. Called FedEx and they are going to call the driver and then call and ask about the package. Sorry just felt like i needed to vent a little. Quote Selected

Reply #6 – January 05, 2007, 06:02:28 PM The guy that brings our FedEx stuff is amazing, he can stop out front, get to the door leave a note saying you were not home when he stopped, get in his truck and leave all before the doorbell has finished ringing. It arrived in Chicago (O'Hare) the next day and then was inexplicably shipped to Dallas and then back to Chicago two days later (I used my tracking # to find out where it was). The trucking company was American Freightways and was bought out by FedEx a few years back. The main problem with FedEx now is that they have so many different divisions. They can deliver a broader range of things than before and they are screwing up.Think about itKinkosGround FreightExpressCustom CriticalHome Delivery and there's some other smaller ones in there I think.The stories he's told me are hilarious. The divisions don't work together but nobody understands that. People have shown up at the terminal to pick up a small package that was sent through FedEx Express and can't understand how it isn't there. Then he has to explain the difference between the "big tractor trailors" they use and the "little vans" express uses. Quote Selected
