coolant lines

Mornin, would anyone just happen to have the coolant lines(hard lines on lower intake that go to the heater core)laying around that they would like to sell??
My wife bought me a new cobra intake for x-mas and i was wanting to have everything hooked up and ready to go for a quick swap, i got fuel lines, new injectors, etc.  thanks, Joe

I see them on E-Bay a lot.Does your current intake have them that you could just swap over?

yea my current  intake has them, i was just wanting to have everything on my new one. plus i didn't know how hard it would be to get them off, i don't see how the line part comes off from the part that is screwed into the intake, cause it don't look like you can unscrew the line part without hitting the top of the lower intake?

It takes time, and a good wrench to remove it.The upper part of the line (lines/tubes),stay connected to the part that screws into the lower. When you install it,whether it's your old one or a new one,be very careful,it's super easy to cross thread them and mess up your threads on the intake.Check e-bay.I've seen them from $15.00 up to $130.00 for a chromed piece.Good luck.By the way, have you posted in the classifieds below? If not,try it there.

They are pressed fit together.Usually, you don't seperate them when removing and re-installing.The upper part(tubes),swivel on the threaded lower part.I believe there's a wicked strong o-ring in there to seal them together.Good luck.
