It leaked again. and wont start January 02, 2007, 02:21:47 PM so i got the new gasket and put it one today. went real smooth with the rain and all. wiggled it up there and i put the bolts though the gasket before hand so it was fast and no problems. then i waited and bent the hanger for the pass. side ler. got that done waited alittle longer. started to fill it up and once again it leaked. this time at the rear driver corner instead of the whole back.and to top it off it wont turn over. the starter won't even click.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well i did the column to floor conversion (would never recommend it) an hung the duals today. as i was about to put a hanger on the pass. side i figured i'd fill the tranny before i forgot. so i found the flex funnel and started pouring. well as i got to the 9th or 10th qt. the funnel wasbacking up and then i hear some splashing over the radio. Yes when i but the gasket on last night at 1030 in the freezing cold i didnt have it sitting right and i should have known but i was tired and wanted to get it closed up before i went to bed. so off to the parts store for more fluid and a new gasket. any hints tricks to get the pan up there without moving the gasket around? i think i will put the corners in first and work from the middle out to the corners after that.JUST MY LUCK. But you gotta learn somehow------------------------------------------------------------------im doing the column to floor conversion and i have the pan off now what arm do i flip? want to make sure i dont mess it up. It leaked again. and wont start Reply #6 – January 02, 2007, 05:47:48 PM As a rule of thumb bro, if you don't know what to do BEFORE you touch it, you probaly shouldn't work on it. Quote Selected

It leaked again. and wont start Reply #8 – January 02, 2007, 06:27:55 PM I'll crawl under my car and get a pic of the part you need to flip tomorrow. If you can wait that long, I get home from school about 4-ish. Now mine is a column shift but the part is the same. If you want of course Quote Selected

Erics instruction on CoolCats are good but im not sure which is what if you see what i mean. Quote Selected
