Yes, Ford Motorsport/Ford Racing part # M-9461-A58.
Unfortunately it was discontinued in 2004.

In production, they were used on the  '93-'95 F-150 Lightning & the 1995 Mustang Cobra "R".

Check NMRA forums.  I found mine there for $200.  Good part is you can use the 5.0 upper.

They pop up from time to time in online classifieds or on e-bay but they're getting expensive. I normally see them go for around $300 these days (throw in another $40 for shipping if you cant find one locally). If you get the lower ported (and you should for a 351 with decent heads) that'll cost around $150. I've seen used TFS 351 intakes go for $450.

If I ever step up to a 351 I'll be selling my Cobra intake and buying a TFS 351 intake.
