Just by using the GT40 upper/lower, his blows mine all to hell! :grinno:
I agree, that's a nice looking engine. Are the valve covers painted, or just clear coated?
That IS a sharp look..., now I want to paint mine up before I set it in...geeee thanks man! See what ya caused?!;):rollin:

LOL thanks guys.  For those that are starting with a 3.8L. EFI with the fuel lines going through the inner fender, I have a tip to keep the schrader valve.  Use the fuel rails from a '91 5.0L Cougar, it has the valve built right into it.  Just elongate the lines and your golden.:birdsmily: Not sure if you can see it in the pics or not, look by were the fuel lines connect.
The valve covers were sandblased, painted and clearcoated.  The upper intake is powdercoated, (so was the bottom, but I didn't like the colour)

Thanks to you I now have to get a Explorer intake to go with my GT-40 heads. Jerk :grinno: . LOL
88 Thunderbird LX: 306, Edelbrock Performer heads, Comp 266HR cam, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, bunch of other stuff.
