Strut tower braces

What strut tower braces are some of you guys running?  I ordered a BBK mustang brace from JEG's and man was it a p.o.s.  I sent it right back...I could have made something like that myself.  It also had a logo sticker on it that wasn't even centered and really looked cheap.  In test fitting it looked like it was not even going to fit that great.  Just wondering what some of you guys would recommend.

Well, the BBK stuff sucks period, but I bet you bought it based on the lowest price.

Not saying anything about that other than you usually get what you pay for.

A buddy of mine has the Maximum Motorsports one on his...nice unit.  I'd recommend it.  Personaly I have just used Kenny Brown ones, but that is primarily because I could get them cheap or for free (one of the few "perks" of that job....low cost parts).  I have other ideas which I'll probably implement on the Tbird.

My only suggestion is weigh design a bit more than price, but really any brace up there is better than nothing at all.

I guess if I had to "recommend' one.....the Maximum Motorsports one..

Well I just figured I'd save money down the road by buying more affordable less "vital" items such as this.  That way I'd have more money for the important things like motor rebuild, paint, etc.  But yes I agree BBK stuff is junk...I should have known by the price.

I am running a bbk strut tower brace, got it from the junk yard for $20, it has its flaws (power design of mounting bolts) but I couldn't pass it up.
