With that being said, in my opinion your car is as ridiculous as your claim that it's a Duesenberg (this is, of course, assuming that your auction is the one selling the Tiffany Cougar misrepresented as a Duesenberg, and based on your silly claims of being offered $30k for it I'd say it's a safe assumption *EDIT* Your eBay username matches your username here, so I guess I was right). In my opinion your asking price is retarded. Now call your lawyers and bring it on, bitch! Do us a favour, though, and record the phone call and post it here so we can all laugh when the lawyer tells you that there are no laws against talking mean about your car. Slander laws apply to people, not machines, and even then for it to be slander it has to be untrue. Everything said here is true.
