Just signed on a new house

Hey guys,

As some of you know I'm getting married in May.  My fiance and I signed for a house last night.  (see the links below for pics.)  It's a 2br ranch with a storm shelter basp00get and 2 stall garage.  It has all new floors and paint and with the purchase price they are putting in a  brand new heating/airconditioning system (currently has no central air just baseboard heating and one window ac.  It sits on just shy of 1 acre of land and will have the opportunity to purchase  4 acres later that have several large buildings on them.  These buildings are shown in the arial photos.  They are also putting a new roof that is only 5 years old and was destoryed in a hail storm earlier this year. We get to choose the color of the shingles as well.

We've already been preaproved for the loan we just have to finalize everything.  They are also paying for part of our closing costs as well.

1988 Mercury Cougar -- Light Sandlewood Metalic  ($40)  in 2003 with 111,000 miles.  Needs a fender, some welding and a good tune up.  Possibly my next daily if i ever get it to the shop.

1986 Mercury Cougar -- Midnight Wine and Taupe  ($1700) in 1999 w/ 103,000 miles.  Now with a motor from an 87 with 54K on it.

i'll have to have you and  casey (snowcat) out for a beer after I get moved in.  He wants to check out my cougar some time ( not that it's much to see anymore.)  Not sure if you've talked to him lately but he's at UNL now.  Just started this fall i guess.  He said he spotted your car somewhere in lincoln a week or so ago.  Plus it would finally be nice to meet both of you being we've only been 30 miles apart for 4 years and never hooked up yet!

Sweet deal, theres nothing like having your own place, being able to drive nails wherever the hell you want, and walk around in your undies all the time :p

Yeah, I talked to Casey a while back.  Ran into him through facebook actually.  I met him a few years ago when he was still in highschool.  It would be great to see the place when you get moved in, just let me know.

Ya Casey told me he met you when he was in high school.  He forgot that I lived that I lived this close and was pissed when he remembered.
