87-88 Thunderbird TC wanted September 20, 2006, 02:17:34 AM Looking for either an 87 or 88 thunderbird turbo coupe in the alabama area. Would consider anything within 300 miles of north alabama. Body is the most inportant thing right behind interior followed by wiring. Running or not makes no difference. Must have original rear end with the disks intact. Color makes no difference. A dent makes no difference, i just don't want a bird that has had a mid to major collision. Milage isn't really that big a deal either. Quote Selected

87-88 Thunderbird TC wanted Reply #3 – September 24, 2006, 10:06:57 PM I have a 1988 Turbo Coupe.I just bought it back but im having a rought time and it's probably going back up for sale.*It's in good shape body wise, only really needing some paint here and there, but overall it's really straight.*Interior is IMMACULATE. Straight up Perfect*Has a power sunroof, and it works.*the 8.8 and Track Lock are still in good working order.*Three good tires on it, one is getting to the point of replacement (front drivers side)*I sold it with a blown H/G but that was fixed. It runs now, but needs to have the Valve lash adjusters compressed and soaked in oil. *What's left of the exhaust is in the trunk, but personally it sounds pretty cool without it LoL.*5-speed, 174k miles, great tranny and clutch, and the motor would be good once the VLA's are soaked over night.I'd take $900 (what i paid for it a couple weeks ago) if you got it soon.It's in Gainesville, GA, 30507 area code, but for extra i'd be willing to meet you somewhere if you wanted...
