I had a blast out there. The stang made it there, with trac-lock issues, and sprung a very small radiator leak. Made it there and back without a hitch.

I also learned that western PA and MD has nothing but country and gospel radio stations.
It's Gumby's fault.

Dammit...I forgot a few things:

- Those that left late Saturday or early Sunday...I'm sorry if I didn't catch up with you. The show is growing and I try very hard to spend a little quality time with every person, but as you can see, sometimes that's difficult. I sincerely hope you had a good time here, and a safe journey home.

- A huge THANK YOU to all who contributed to the show, in one way or another. There were a lot of people who did...it's greatly appreciated.

- This was probably the smoothest-running Cat Jam yet. Relatively no issues, and those that popped up were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Amazing group.

Thank you again for your generosity, your partition, your patience and your understanding. I couldn't have asked for a better group of people. YOU MAKE ME PROUD!!!

Shooting for next year.

The car obviously did not want to make the trip (as evidenced by my engine problems thread).  That combined with a few other issues, including my family trip this coming weekend, it just wasn't going to work out.

Hey all. Sorry I haven't posted until now. Wanted to get up a web page with all my pics before I posted, but taking longer than I want, so I'll just post a few here for now.

We had an absolute BLAST!! Thank you very much Eric, for doing this year after year. It was great to see everyone again and to meet a few new people. The picnic was, once again, awesome! And the Chinese auction was fun too (even better this year because I won a great folding chair, thank you Eric! When I get a chance I'll get a pic so everyone can see how cool it is). The Chili's show wasn't as good, quantity-wise, (the Cruzer's are probably extra glad we showed up this weekend hehe), but the quality of cars there was awesome as usual (especially the TWO Grand Nationals!!!).

We got home around 3pm Sunday afternoon without incident. Well, until we got home to find my dad sick. Ended up going to the ER to find out he had a problem with his appendix. Ended up being at the hospital until around 1am and they were scheduling surgery for about 3am. The surgery went well and he's OK now, but they said he was lucky he went in when he did because it was near bursting.

Then I find out this morning that my brother and his family, who were visiting up here from Manasass, VA, were in a car accident about 6am this morning when another driver fell asleep at the wheel, bounced off of a guardrail and into their van. My bro, his wife, 3 nephews and a niece are all fine as I gather the car sideswiped the driver door. I understand they were even able to drive the rest of the way home.

So all my CatJam weekend drama happened after CJ. ;)

Anyway, here are a few pics until I get the page done. For whatever reason, I didn't take near as many pictures this year. I don't know why.

Oh, and for Shannon, here's the 3-year morph that didn't take as long as I thought. I'm still working on the other version we talked about.

It does look like you guys had an awesome CJ this year! I'm so glad that the weather cooperated with you. I was a little worried Friday night when you had some severe stuff coming through your area. I watched the radar. I crossed my fingers and said a little prayer for ya.

I wish I could have made it to CJ this year, mainly to just get away. Oh well, maybe next year. Hopefully my car will be in better shape by then. I still have a lot to do yet before I can even drive it around HERE.
