I would have held out for more than an afternoon with Alice Cooper for that apartment in Pheonix for year.. Bad trade.

naw, alice cooper should be worth a good chunk, but now that I am typing this, you are right, 700/mo times 12 is more than golfing with alice cooper...

Those places in downtown Phoenix are pretty sweet.  I guess it depends one which place he got, I've never seen that one, but maybe I'll go check it out.  What a crazy story.
