A/C wiring for an 87 5.0

Could someone pleas post a pic or 2 of the wiring for the A/C compressor? Where does it come out of, like which set of wiring under the hood?
I just bought back my old 5.0 Bird from 5 years ago and remember taking the wiring off or cut it but now I want the A/C back.

 Thanks,
    Chris

Just two wires coming from the clutch on the compressor.  There is a Ford "Diode" ( the gray connector looking thing that is taped to the tubing) as part of the short stretch of wiring.

It goes from the clutch, joins with the wires from the coolant temp sensor on the top drivers side of the lower intake manifold.

Then the wiring goes to two connectors:

1) large circular connector with 4 pins that goes to the engine harness.  Wires coming from clutch (after going thru diode) then are black and the other is black/yellow.  The ones from the temp sensor are black/white and red/white

2) Another single blade connector (that actually has two wires going to it, but only one connector blade)

From an 87 XR7:

Thats awesome.I really appreciate it but if you dont mind could you tell me the color of the wires going into the  compressor? Are the coolant wires tied in with the wires going to the AC, like on the same wire bundle?
 Thanks,
  Chris

Edit-I am a total retard-I didnt even see you even told me the color, sorry about that.

2ND Edit -That little grey plug, what color are the wires going into it? I think I found them but something just doesnt seem right. My wires going into that grey plug are black with a white stripe.

The two wires entering the single pin gray plug are black.  This plug just goes to ground according to the wire diagram.

The other black/yellow wire plugs into the engine harness thru that circular 4 pin connector and then makes its way over to the AC wide open throttle cut-out relay thats near the air box on the passenger side.

Hopefully you still have the rest of the system (AC dryer with pressure switch, etc) entact, as the some wires at the AC relay go there next

The coolant sensor wires enter the same wire loom and connect to the 4 pin circular connector.

Thanks.Nope, I removed the dryer and all that 5 years ago when I first bought the car.The wires are still there though and there is some relay on the pass. side where the air cleaner used to be.
I will post a pic of it tomorrow and maybe that will help.I am missing the plug for the compressor and I really dont know what this other plug thing is for.You will see when I post the pic.
 Thanks for your help,

Here is a pic of what I have.

I guess I would need that part of the wiring since mine looks kinda beat up.Also how does that square plug fit in the temp sensor?
 Thanks,
    Chris

Looks like you just need to get the connector that plugs to the compressor, and splice it into the two loose wires you have.  There are some connectors on that side that don't go anywhere, I think that Black/White one is one of those loose ones.

Whats plugged into your temp sensor now?  Does your cluster temp gauge work?

If you need to put in a new drier, the tubes, plus a refill, it will be a few hundred $'s.

Here is the wire diagram of the AC electrical.  The AC clutch coil is what you need to reconnect:

Nothing is plugged into my temp sensor, I have no engine or tranny in it now.I was wanting to get everything fixed before I dropped the engine in but it looks like I am going to say "screw it" and get a Mustang wiring harness and run autometer gauges.I really wanted to keep the digital speedo and all but man its just a hassle to find all the wires and stuff to where I can get a mustang harness and I have the book from Ford to wire it up.

You have been a great help and I appreciate it.
 Thanks,
  Chris
