I really need to change the plugs in my 89.  Should I be worried about pulling the threads out of the head since I'm sure they havent been out of there since 89 (61000 miles).

PS - these cars DO really respond with mods.  Full exhaust, CAI(you have the same ebay one I got), and a pulley.  Did the pulley tonite and it'll roast the tires from a roll now!

Yeah I have been thinking of getting a pulley or swapping a '94 style SC onto it and pulleying that.  I plan to hack the cats out since I have a slight leak on the driveside anyways, and a custom exhaust, but I love the sounds of the blower and want to keep it quite LOL.    what boost are you running?  I am at 11psi.  when I bought the car it ran like  and missed like crazy under boost, so that helped me get a great deal on it.  did a full tune up and she runs mint now.  mine hooks pretty good.  from a dig it smokes them from standing on it, but at a rool she hooks and books.

And yeah I plan to grab a ram air hood for it.

if you buy anything aftermarket for it, go with SCP (super coupe performance).. he sells great stuff at great prices.. i have a tote full of bolt-ons i ordered from him sitting in my closet that i pulled off my SC before i got rid of it.. i'm pretty sure i have a 10% and 15% charger pulley, i'll have to take a look

but after seeing your pics, i'm on the hunt for another lol

I got the spinning wheels sc power pulley.  I figured that would put me right at the 300hp mark where they run out of injector.  my boost gauge is a little off, but I think its got 13-14psi.  But the best part about it is down in the rpms where you only get around 4psi with the stock pulley, you get 8 or more now.
