Any info on 88 Cougar Premium sound system? January 08, 2006, 05:58:14 PM Hello. I just wanted to know if anyone here knows anything about the amplifier placement/power of the premium sound systems that they put in the 88' Cougar XR-7s. I can't get to my car since it's in my uncles garage right now. So can anyone tell me, where the 80w amp is located and which channels it's hooked up to, and how I can go about rewiring/replacing it for use with a new HU. I've looked around the internet quite a bit but haven't found any tech specs or info on it, and I'd like to know so I can buy the right stuff for it. Thanks for any help! Quote Selected
