Axle Saver Bearing ? November 23, 2010, 07:50:57 PM Hi Everyone,I'm new to the forum & new to the TC. I picked up an 88 5 speed turbo coupe with a decent body & interior but it has some mechanical issues...Right now I am in the process of going through the 8.8 rear end replacing wheel bearings. Has anyone used the "axle saver" bearings in one of these?Just wondering if there are any clearance issues, etc with the ABS exciter ring.Here is a nice writeup on the concept....Thanks Quote Selected
