Need some opinions...

I've been trying to figure out what i should do with my 20th, and as some of you know it is rusted out pretty bad. (http://www.foxtbirdcougarforums.com/showthread.php?t=22124) I dont want to keep dumping money into it and it fall apart on me , and i know i will never get any type of bodywork done as it would be way too expensive. On the other hand, it is the only fox cougar ive had since high school and i dont know if and when i would be able to get another since im usually pretty broke. Thought about selling it but who wants a rusty old car? Parting it out dosent really seem like a good option either...Just a little confused on what to do with it and was wondering what you guys think.

Part it out or sell it that car looks pretty far along cancer-wise.

I would try to find another cougar/tbird in better shape and swap out your interior and whatever else into it. If you was a little closer to me I would sell you my 88 lx thunderbird for dirt cheap.

Yea i thought about that too, only problem is there really arent any around here that i know of, i never see any fox cars (except mustangs, they are a dime a dozen). I really do want another so bad.. i think im gonna try to sell it if that dont work out ill part out whats good in it and i guess  try to find another. Hell i drove 700 miles for this one ( as you can see BIG mistake, even though it was only 500...) But i would do it again for a decent one.

Lots of useable parts that you can sell or use on another. I got my 85 XR7 for cheap with little miles on it and two rot spots to repair. They exist you just gotta look. Now if only I could find another 87-88 Cat......

I would drive it till it disintegrates, while you look for a replacement. then swap your parts.

Figured if they sold it they would have deleted the post but its still there, obviously.
