Well, It Wasn't My Pocket... This Time April 06, 2008, 05:38:14 PM For those of you who remember I Dropped My Pocket... Literally... It turns out a couple of weeks (actually, a month and a bit) go by and I am now leaking fuel! I've traced the leak to either the fuel delivery or fuel return line. When I originally replaced the fuel lines attached to the in-tank fuel pump, I could not get OEM lines... and as a result, I had to be creative. Apparently I wasn't creative enough. When I update this thread, I will be able to tell you if it is indeed the return or delivery line... Until then, anybody know either where I could accquire two new OEM fuel lines (return & delivery), or does anybody have a solution that works when buying aftermarket parts... or do I dare ask.... a creative solution?? I had the most interesting time learning that nylon fuel repair lines sometimes need more than a mere boiling in water... sometimes, they just need a little convincing... But I did solve my own problem... even if I do come off sounding like a 'post w'. LOL Quote Selected
Well, It Wasn't My Pocket... This Time Reply #8 – April 23, 2008, 09:20:19 AM those fuel line repair kits suck to put together. I would have told you to grad some of those air line compression fittings those look like they would be the easy way to get it done. Sorry I didn't see this earlier Quote Selected
