83 T-bird with c5 tranny December 28, 2006, 07:38:20 PM I was looking at my manual today, and according to it, they used the c5 and AOD trannys in 1983,does this sound correct? I have the c5 because it has no O.D.,would you guys say this is a respectable tranny and would it hold up to a 302 without any problems?................thanks for any input Quote Selected
