Hi Bill, first things first, the Ford belongs in front of the chevy, you got that......... the electrical/vacuum trouble shooting manual has almost nothing in it about vacuum lines, 1 1/2 pages in the whole book, they have alot of balls saying vacuum trouble shooting manual on the cover. The label on the fan shroud has more info. do a google search under images for " vacuum line routing for turbo's " and you'll have much better luck. Turbo's are all basically the same and the vacuum lines are pretty much the same, especially if you have a blowoff valve or by-pass valve for your turbo. Google search under images will be faster because you'll be able to see, rather then read what you need to do. Hope that helps you out, but  the manuals are basically just for wiring........Bob

Hello folks, what I am selling are Ford shop manuals, electrical & vacuum trouble shooting manuals,  engine/ emissions-diagnosis shop manual and service manual, and electrical and vacuum blue-print manuals. Some of these manuals show more signs of wear then some of the others, but I can tell you that not a single page is ripped, torn, or missing from any of these books. There are a couple of loose pages in one or two of the books, but they are all there.
These manuals cover 87-88 thunderbirds and cougars, and 88 Lincoln mark VII…..

        These are the actual wiring schematics  for the thunderbirds and cougars. The 34 pages are 27” by 17” and show EVERY wire, start to finish, EVERY connection, EVERY circuit in all the thunderbird and cougar models. Listed as Master Wiring Diagram    FPS-12136-87F

1988 Car Vacuum & Wiring Diagrams schematics for  Lincoln mark VII          $20
          Same type of schematics as for thunderbirds and cougars, but is only  13 pages of  27” by 17”

1987 Engine/Emission-Diagnosis    shop manual  vol  H  car/truck                        $60
            Let me first start off by saying that this book is so big, it is a 5” binder full. I in turn, put sheet protectors on all the pages because I use it in the shop, it has now grown to fill two more 2” binders also. The book has to be over 500 pages, it has everything  there is to know about testing and diagnosing engine and emissions for fords…… all ford and trucks for 87    when the 87 line went to the dealerships, this is the master service manual that went to the service departments……

T-Bird/Cougar Parts & Cars WANTED / Pedal assembly
Hi, might not be factory, but I put a t-5 in a 88 t-bird sport using the hydraulic set-up out of a turbo coupe. I had to make a mounting plate for the slave, which took about an hour, but then it went right in, with no more problems, and worked fine. I never was a big fan of cables.

Vinnie, I'm just trying to help. Here in Ma. they charge $70 to $80 to service the ac, plus the R134, which costs about $20 per pound. Your car should take no more then 2lbs 8oz. of R134, new o-rings and springs will cost $20, 8oz ac oil will cost $12, $8 for the fittings, your cost should be no more then $150. Vinnie, I done hundreds of conversions before my buddy bought a ac machine, and done hundreds more since. If they are getting that kind of money out there for ac work, that is what you should be doing in the summer, the whole conversion takes less then 45 minutes.    Lopez

Vinnie, if they are paying for the lines, then the $250 is ok, I guess. But if you are suppling the the lines and they are getting that, that price is real high.

To take all the pages out of the protectors would take a bit of time, to copy the 400plus pages would cost somewhere between $60 and $80 bucks. There aren't many people that would pay that. The book cost me that when I bought it, and that was about 10 years ago. What would you spend for a copy?
