T-Bird/Cougar Parts & Cars FOR SALE / 1988 T-bird LX
Hate to sell my baby but i've decided to move on got other projects in mind, this car is driven daily never let me down not once, and it gets 24 mpg.

1988 LX with a HO 5.0 and AOD from a '93 GT fresh rear end with 3.45 gears and a locker, car has 102k miles engine trans and rear has 16k miles. Fresh paint 5 months ago but has a few runs, windows are tinted dark, all power options heat and a/c do work nice system wired for subs, snowflake wheels with fresh spoogeho ecsta's. I also have all paper work and owners manual's !

Dash is cracked but this is commen

Mods as follows,
BBK 65mm TB
Heads have port polish 3 angle valve job
Engine bored 30 over
Timing bumped to 13 degree's
Headers with true dual flowmaster 40 exhaust sounds mean as hell
Trans has a shift kit
Oil changed every 3k miles i use mobile 1

Electrical Tech / Troublesome digital gauges 88 lx
When it kept telling me my oil pressure was bad i installed a aftermarket pressure gauge and ran it for 2 days and its right where its supposed to be. And no the gauges have never been out as long as i've had the car, like i said the gauges stopped lighting up when i turned the key on last night first time its done that.

Ok so 88 LX for a while now my oil pressure gauge has been acting up on me telling me i don't have oil pressure at random times. Now few minutes ago i went to start my car and the gauges didn't light up but was still on, but when i turned my lights on they would light up. So you turn the lights off they would go back off no back lighting played around with them and they came back on and stayed on.

Seems like it just lighting up when they want to, anything i need to check or time for a rebuild/new cluster ? Also i found a way to keep the gauges back lighting on with my DRL's i turn those on and it turns the gauge lights on.

well i found it funny...and im fat to and if you can't laugh at yourself then life would suck, and yes im an asshole so deal with it. :flip:
