hey i have my 1987 cougar for sale. it has a 1993 mustang 5.0 AOD and posi rear. It needs work. i Believe it needs a rack and pinion. it leaks powersteering. it has mac exhaust. the car needs body work its primed gray but some rust is apearing through. It was a project car years ago. I just dont have the money to fix it. It sitting in my backyard. im located in Long island Newyork. If any one is interested shoot me some offers. yea the car looks in really good shape ... interior and exterior looked brand new the convertable top looked brand new ... only thing was it was crashed... motor and everything is still in the car ... tranny fluid looked really clean when i checked it ... if i do a car fax on the car would it tell me the miles??? or that dont really work?
i dont have OD in my 93 tbird no more ... if im driving in OD and i reach about 40mph ... its like its in N... and just revs so then i gotta drop it into D idk y ...just started happening recently
hey i went out looking for a motor for my 94 mustang this sat and found 1 with a lil over 40,000 miles on ... its out of a 95 mustang ... i was just wondering ...thats really low miles ... how can i find out if thats actually how many miles it has b4 i buy it ?????
i have spark and fuel .... and i dont have that hood anymore i have a regular hood now .... i dont think my timing chain is broke cuz it did start once but then the next day didnt start again ... im hoping its the computer ... id buy me a new 1 but then if its not the computer ... i cant return that shiznit
what do u mean by check the timing chain ? ... i loosened up the distributor and tried turning it ...it dont change anything...when the car did start ...it sounded like it had a hi performance cam in it ... but i think the idle and shiznit was messed up .. but hopfully ill get that comp and try it out ... idk ...once i fix it ...FOR SALE!
