Got My Digi Cam Back!! August 26, 2006, 12:34:10 PM Well as some of you guys know, my Sony 8.1megapixel camera was in the stang when it was stolen. Last week the detective called and said he had my camera in kitchener. I thought "yeah right", but just for shifts, I decided to go up there to identify it... I wanted to cry when I seen it, this is a solid lead on the theft of my car, especially since the idiots took pics of the in the car and videos of them at the house talking about it. then the battery died so they couldn't delete them!!! RETARDS! so now they just gotta nail his ass and get my stang back.I'm SOOOOO HAPPY:bowdown: Hopefully my baby makes a safe return soon. Quote Selected

Reply #7 – August 27, 2006, 10:37:44 AM well nobody has told me not to show the pics yet so...here are the two @ssholes that stole my stang. they are brothers as well. the first guys name is Frederick Yensen, but dont have his brothers name yet. these are pictures I took off the computer monitor after I brightened the video, as it was too dark to see anything, so I brightened it, paused it on a clear shot of each of them, then snapped a pic of the screen. should be clear enough to have a solid case against them.Can you sue a car thief for lose and damages? It just seems odd that someone would turn in a good digital camera that they find or a cop would pick one up if he saw it laying on the ground. Unless it was confiscated meaning the police already had a meeting with these guys...You shouldn't have a problem going after them for damages since they are clearly identifiable. Got My Digi Cam Back!! Reply #10 – August 27, 2006, 11:52:00 AM Well the battery was near dead, when I parked the stang that night, so they didn't get much on it. Talked about it being parked in the alley way behind the house though.The cops pulled these dicks over in another stolen car and they had my camera on them, which was in the stang that night. The stang was stolen at midnight, and the first pic of just the interior looking out was at 12:27am, then a black video with my CD blairing in it at 12:29am, then they took videos showing themselves at their house at 1:37am WITH my CD player from the car on the coffee table all ready!
