How Do I remove Fan Motor???

Take your thermastat out and put it in boiling water, see if it opens.  If it does I would say replace the Water Pump, generaly no core exchange and only abour 40 bucks to get one.  The fact that the AC triggers it to overheat faster makes it think Water Pump, heater will quickly drop the temp.

Does the temp gage seem to bounce on you? Like go from normal temps to almost (but never quit hitting) red? then quickly back down when you hammer the gas or turn the heater?  If so I would say wit 99% assurity its the Pump, but that's just my opinion I'm not a certified mechanic.
