There's only 12 members online right now. We must be the rejects who can't make it to CatJam. Oh well, at least we'll see the pictures... and there should be a few stories come of it. :)

Well now you're stuck with me for a little while, too. I was out trying to do a flush and fill on the '89 when I ran into a few problems. For one, it was pure hell trying to get the big loop of heater hose to sit just right without kinking. (I had heated it up a little bit beforehand by laying it on the roof of the car in full sun) Once that was in and the rad was drained, I looked in and saw huge amounts of deposits around each radiator tube. More than I think I can ever flush out. So I decided I'm going to swap radiators with the '88 LSC. Great, except for the thunderstorm that just jumped all over us. Car might not be going anywhere today if this lingers.

I had planned on making CJ this year, but the wife got the wrong weekend off. If it had been next Saturday I'd been all set... :(

Oh well it worked out... Ronnie is bringing his Lightning P/U back to VA from Atlanta(as I type). Tomrrow it will be mine. :)

Well I moved closer, got a job, but I'm still poor. Plus the Thunder is still in AL. Maybe next year.... maybe...

Hooray.. one rad's rusty as all hell inside, other one looks clogged. Hell of a choice I have here. But at least the lightning stopped.

i don't have a bird anyomre :( . and wasn't idling at work like normal.
If i had a bird i would have thought about going. I missed it when i DID have one though, so who knows. lots of money in gas to get out there from MI.

Not much money to go on and the Cougar is still not running right. Oh well. Gonna try to get the Fairlane running tomorrow for the first time so I guess it isn't all that bad.

Too many sad threads about not making CJ... lol

I'm going to next years CJ for sure! I just had too many irons in the fire this year for me to even think about going!

i had to use my CJ $$$ to buy a new motor for my SC.that and the munility gave me 10 days to clean out my storage yard a month ago which i am still doing.had to reduce the fleet from 13 to 5 cars and 2 trucks.that and the XR-7 still has a few bugs to work out.
