They will swap out with no issue. By the sound of that transmission i am willing to bet the Cluster and second are TOAST. I am no stranger to blowing up TC Trannies. Either way it will cost a lot. So he is better off trying to find ONE. Just me could be wrong

What you have listed is not the ratios on many Mustang based sites and vendors sites but they are so similar that I would think it would not be an issue to use a T-5 from an 90-93 4 cylinder Mustang.

You are correct but to rebuild his tranny and if he needs a MD&C they are totally obsolete. Using a mustang unit is perfectly fine. Rebuilding the unit is very expensive. If it were me i would buy a known good one from any car with a 17MM nose.

It might be the throw out bearing. I went to the ler shop, and had tailpipes installed. And now I can hear a faint noise in 4th gear. I had a dumped flowmaster in the vid.

The car drives great. I will try to remove the trans this Friday to check everything.

That is good and i hope it is the bearing. Drain the fluid and check it for particles. The drained oil will tell you the story Good luck
