Emergency brake parts for Turbocoupe

Guys - I need the part pictured that holds up the E brake parts under the driver's seat. I am not sure what it's called. It looks like a lever. Mine is rusted and the only thing holding it together is the rubber coating. I know the assembly is upside down. One of my cables broke, and everything is just hanging so I pushed everything up for pics. The parts pictured are for 1987-1988 Turbocoupes.

You know what - since your parts look pristine, how much do you want for the bar that the cables attach to, and the springs? I will take basically everything there except for the cables. I also need the small cable that goes to the inside E brake release. It might be attached to the handle, so if necessary, I will take the entire assembly.
That car is clean.
This is what I need:
