saw Styx and Reo together a couple years ago, never saw the others, but I saw Black sabbath, and BOC many times..

Sweet memories. My first live concert was Bad Company. Still my favorite group. I love Paul Rodgers voice and bluesy style of rock.

Wasn't Styx from Canada?

My first live concert was Metallica (reload). I know but they played mostly old stuff. It was awesome. Second best was Danzig.

I have a DVD with two of his live shows from the mid 80's.

LOL I have I think four shows I taped in Beta, back when Gallager was doing shows for Showtime... Guess those would be a good candidate for conversion to DVD(yes I have a working Beta machine)...

Holy , I was joking about the old Beta machines to my wife the other day. Those are probably super rare now. One of 3 working Beta machines left.

Certain beta machines go for $200-$500 on ebay...

Funny you should mention Gallagher, I have his DVD sitting here on my desk. I use it to test things, DVD players, etc. Plus its great to watch! I used to have it on LaserDisk too.

My working unit is a '84-ish Sony(naturally), but is mono... I also have a '86 Sanyo Super Beta Hi-Fi unit that just needs a couple of rubber pulleys, but last time I checked they were not available, hoping someone repops the stuff...

So I was gunna say April Fool's...but for some reason it just ain't as funny as it was when I first decided to pull the prank.

No, the Sport is NOT ever getting sold...

Vinnie, c'mon up and kick away....or hell, we'll grill some steaks and stuff...lol

Yeah...shiznitty prank...I'm not going anywhere ( all the bad luck) and neither is my Thunderbird. I'm trying to put some effort together to bring home another 'Bird...just need time and a little money at the same time to make it happen.

Sorry for the shiznitty joke...:punchballs:

By the way, steaks sound really good.

Yeah lol, it definitely changed course a few times.

Sadly no progress on the Sport, about the only stuff I've done besides work and hanging out with/watching the babies is finishing cutting up the last few trees I've had on the ground for firewood, and getting carpet in.

If I can get all the wood flooring laid in Saturday, on Sunday I'll try to get rear apart, and get it ready to swap in ranger axles and drums, etc.

Vinnie, how do ya like your steak? Cooked good, or rare enough that the other side is still eating grass in the pasture? lol
I'd say come up and I'd grill for us all, and have a beer, but you don't drink, and after that one Saturday night at the bar with the band that played at my wedding...I think I'm on the wagon from now on, myself. That was entirely too much beer for me....hangovers hurt like hell anymore. Ain't worth it. That probably would've paid for Ranger axles, lmao

So anyway..."game on"!

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.
