What booster are you running?

The booster is a 88 89 mustang one.
The Master is from f150 pickup.
It is a tight fit but i can still get to plugs.

One step closer. Got a little assist from the wifey. Just set it on the mounts for now, Ill bolt it in tomorrow.

87 Thunderbird LX
65mm tb, exploder intake, iron gt40 heads, 1.6 rr, a9l mass air swap, 9.5" Billet Dirty Dog TC, Built AOD, 4.10's, 31 spline TLoc, Superior Axles, full sn95 five lug swap.

sorry to ask but i was wondering what is the difference between the gt40 tubular intake and the gt40 from the explorer
do the flow the same amount of air?

yep tubular just looks cooler

Hey whats the point of that seemingly point-less wire loom over the alternator that sits on the heater hose?

It is supposed to protect the hose from rubbing  through on the alternator and on the 2G there is a spinning fan on the alternator too

 Kind of a better safe than sorry measure

hmmm... that's what I kinda figured, it just doesn't seem like its close enough to be affected by the alternator at all. Maybe its just the way the pictures look:dunno:
