Hey 20th, I saw you were playing Forza 2 today and was gonna throw you an invite but my buddy was begging me to play COD: WAW so I wasn't able to. I'll get ya sometime :D.

V8, my 360 gave me the RROD right before the warrantee took a dump and I sent it in three weeks later I got one back. Next time I'll have my bro in law fix it for free and it'll only take 15 minutes :D. Besides, my warrantee is gone anyway so I won't be sending it back anytime soon.

I'll stick to my Xbox 360. Forza 3 will make me happy as all get out. Gran Turismo really was a let down after GT3.

I need to get a PS3.  My PS2 is still hangin on though after a few surgeries.  I drilled a hole in the top of case all the way through to the adjuster screw for the lens so now i dont have to take it all apart to adjust it when I get the disc read error.  I coveres the hole with electrical tape...like it never happened :-)

Seriously? GT4 was a disappointment to you? The only thing that bothered me was not being able to use 'Specialty Vehicles' like the Caterham Lotus Seven in career challenges.

Yes, I agree. It was a slightly less disappointment but Forza's customization really sells it for me. I don't mind Gran Turismo and all but I still feel Forza has a much better execution of the racing genre. Just curious does PS3 get downloadable content?

Yep. A good number of the cars, tracks, and videos for GT5 Prologue are downloads.

i know what i said was pretty blunt, but atleast theres no mystery on my opinions.

The truth be told, I see people struggle to make change at a cash register or come to the work force with little basic skills.  On the flip side, thier gaming skills are top knotch.  I know im a minority on this topic although i do game myself but you can count on both hands how many times a year i do so.

the boys game a lot, i warn them that its not healthy to sit there so long, they get fat, their heart rate doesnt get pushed the same way general work around the house does, there arent many life skills to be learned from it and basically any game out there is just polluted with bad ethics.

oh well, in the end im right on this kind of stuff most of the time.  it just takes the rest of the world some time to catch up with my forward thinking,,,,:D  Naw,,jk.

In a nutshell, people game too too much.  its not healthy or productive.

The game world really hasnt been in full swing that long although i remember writting programs for games back in highschool (grad 86).  At best, there isnt any huge substantial data on the long term effects on gaming, just warnings.

I think its commons sense, you sit on your ass all day and you'll pay later.
