i may restore some lights and sell 'em.

Nice work, those look great. I have been wondering about that stuff since I saw it at Wal-Mart. Good to see it does give results.

I don't have the photo evidence to prove it. But you need 3 long screws, not 2 long/1 short. IRRC, the short fastener doesn't have a hex head on it and makes it impossible to adjust.

the key to the whole thing is to really sand the dickens out of the light with 1000grit.i went over them for bout 10 min ,then did the 2500grit for bout 5 min. then used the buffing compounds to finish the job. turns out great. its really nice they light up the night good .made on heck of a improvement just like new.
