tomorrow im gonna try spraying carb cleaner on the joints and see if ones leaking. shouldnt be I just put on a new gasket because it was sucking coolent, but who knows.
Then i will plug the egr vac port, and unplug the sensor on it(thats the EVP correct?) and see what that does. If I get no results then I will try my old TPS, and the gasket on the IAC is BRAND NEW, came with the car, I had to brand new IAC's in the trunk in boxes with gaskets.

the ground wire DID for about 3 times i started and ran the car
now the idle is back up, but sometimes goes down to 850-900 in park
and my rear end is coming apart..... time for switching...

Your rear end is coming apart? Switching?

My TC has a extra ground cable running from the battery to the intake. Not sure why, but the P.O. seemed to think it was necessary. If the gauges need an extra ground cause Ford in it's infinite wisdom didn't provide one good enough to begin with, then maybe yours need one on the motor too.

Yea if you take a courner about like 20 the rear end clunks and pops....
need to take the rear end out of my 88 and swap it into the 90.....
my car has enough grounds.... the gauges have a ground mostly for the fuel gauge
when i grounded it first time, the half to the gauges was grounded, but the other half teh wire feel off, everything worked but the gas gauge.
hooked them all up again started the car and they all worked..... its weird....
car NEEDS my new brakes too, they SUCK and one rotor has a warp i can feel the pedel pulsing, o and the check suspension light comes on and off and now the pass bag drops almost every time i shut off the car....

Just wondering but how's the ignition switch? It *could* cause some of your funky ground trouble.

Feel lucky that you have luck at all. It could be worse, you couldn't have a car at all ya know? Good luck, bad luck... luck is luck. You have an 19 year old car... theres bound to be some problems along the way.

Im glad I grew up with no money, I had to learn how to fix things with what I had layin around. If it was broken I'd fix it.

Quit complaining about rusty bolts and busted knuckles and rotted parts and get the  thing done man.
