Mid/low 13sec 5.0 project (new video and pics 7/11) Reply #337 – October 18, 2008, 11:16:26 AM Yep 18x10 22mm offset on the rears on a stock TC axle with 5lug conversion.18x9 24mm offset on the front with 94 stang spindles. The rear fit perfect with the 22mm offset, about 1/16" clearance between the quad shocks and 1/16 on the outer fender lips.To get better clearance on the outer lip the 1/4s should be rolled a little but i never have 3 people in the back anyways.Otherwise they don't rub at all.As for the rims your looking at,nice choice but i think the offset is wrong 15mm on the front seems not enough as factory offset on birds/cougs is 22mm and stang is 24mm.I guess though if they fit a stock stang they should work.I wanted those wheels before i did the 5lug swap as they said they would never make them in 4lug but i went with FR500s and am happy as a pig in s##t with them.As for pics,i have some somewhere but i would have to find them. Mid/low 13sec 5.0 project (new video and pics 7/11) Reply #343 – November 11, 2008, 04:21:29 PM Alrighty, I told the machine shop last week to go ahead and order me the bottom end kit with forged pistons (figure I'm gonna go ahead and do it 100% while I'm in here). Everything should be done next week, ready for me to start assembly. All I gotta do now is grab a cam and a fuel pump. It's getting close, guys! Quote Selected
