GT4 hashiznit the shelves February 25, 2005, 10:33:19 AM 650 cars and 100 tracks ..... nuffsaid..... ok, I'll say a bit more.Got mine last night. They had just gotten them at Wall-Mart. There are about sixty coppies at the SEC, at least, there was last night. Don't expect them to last long. They're going for about $57 CAN. I spent about an hour looking at every car in the dealers, and a good twenty minutes trying to push an F-150 Lightning around the Nurburgring. It didn't go well. No wonder that track has killed so many. The truck was almost as wide as the tarmac.Anyway, strange options in Aracade mode. You can adjust power ratings now without actually buying parts. I'm not sure how I like that. The Photography section is interesting. Unique, at any rate. I think it's awesome that you can pick lenses.http://ps2.ign.com/articles/564/564830p1.html There is an online version coming out. Quote Selected
Re: GT4 hashiznit the shelves Reply #1 – February 25, 2005, 11:10:09 AM Got it yesterday, played it a lttle. The quarter mile runs (400M) seem off considering the time was a 13.7 but with a trap speed of 128. Graphics are top notch. Quote Selected

Re: GT4 hashiznit the shelves Reply #11 – February 27, 2005, 07:47:16 AM Looks like I have to run out to my local electronics shop and pick this up. I've only been waiting for 2 years for this game. It's going to be the first game that features a car I own - a mid 1970's Toyota Celica GT. Mine's a 1977, the one in the game is a 74 I think.Chris Quote Selected
Re: GT4 hashiznit the shelves Reply #12 – February 27, 2005, 12:21:00 PM Only problem with your celica is it appears to be a prize car, (and so is the 67 Cougar XR-7) I've yet to find what race that unlocks it.... Quote Selected
Re: GT4 hashiznit the shelves Reply #13 – February 27, 2005, 12:27:11 PM Cougar is unlocked by getting the Super license. Quote Selected
