new bushings

getting new bushings, is the prothane kit (red) from summit any good(155.00)?? and will the mustang kit fit my car (88 bird)?? or should i just spend the extra 25.00 and get the energy suspension?  thanks

mustang kit works, but what does the summit kit come with? i was look'n at the energy suspension kit, but then realized that the control arm bushings are useless to me because the ride would be terrable, and when it boiled down the only thing i realy needed was steering rack bushings. the summit stuff is usualy just as good as the name brand stuff so id get that if you look'n to replace everything.
