I my buddy is really into fireo's and the place that makes a V8 kit for the fiero also makes on for the slowstice. Yes LS7 power in that little thing. The sky looks much better, but it seems more fitting to have the V8 in the Pontiac than in the Saturn. :) I personally think this is the best job anyone has done modifying the exterior of the Solstice. It ended up costing about $100K but it has an entire carbon-fiber body, is 50-state legal, and goes low 10's in the 1/4. The car is an absolute animal. Stock 505HP LS7 with the GM hot cam and custom headers and tune, made 632HP when they were done (550+RWHP). Quote Selected

I looked into this a year ago. I actually thought about buying one. Now before you shoot me or hang me in effigy, [[SIZE="1"]or for real like some[/SIZE]] I've owned only FORDS since 1985. My father restored at least a dozen 64-66 Mustangs before he passed. He was working on a 1984 when he died. My brother still has it and he drives an Escalade daily . So, in perspective my family have been pretty loyal to FORD and I consider myself to be very loyal. It would be nice to have a fun little car. My dad never liked "the bugs" as he called them but I always liked nimble, qwick cars that had a road track look to them. Mustang is the competitor but seems like it's in a different class. Like a Rally car instead of a sports car, although I know its untrue. Quote Selected
