Art Carr Xtreme AOD
I'm looking to sell this transmission to help pave the way for more mods to a cougar I just bought.
The trans has a one piece hardened input shaft, full manual valvebody(forward), transbrake, and electric overdrive. The included Art Carr torque convertor is designed for power adders (i.e. nitrous, turbo) and is rated with a 3,000rpm stall speed, the convertor has the billet front cover. Included is a B&M deep aluminum pan, B&M flywheel (for 50oz.), autometer trans temp gauge, transbrake button(you can buy an OD switch at any parts store for next to nothing), and I'll throw in the trans cooler that will be coming off of my T-bird(biggest you can buy at autozone).
I am asking for what I paid for this set up...$1,700 and the trans cooler was not included when I bought it. The trans has been gone through by a trans shop and given a clean bill of health, however I lost the receipts and am kicking myself in the arse for it now.
