Reply #15 – January 16, 2007, 08:56:42 PM My dad and i took driving very serious when i was 15. he didnt say much, but he didnt have to. i knew what he would say if i ****ed up so i didnt **** up. to this day, i feel like someone is over my shoulder watching my every move behind the wheel. from what i've been noticing, parents give kids thier keys and let them drive around, and they dont actually TEACH the kid how to drive. like how to check all mirrors, how to be aware of thier surroundings (mainly b/c the parents dont do that stuff either!)
