If you at talking about measuring from the ground to the bottom of the rocker that won't work. From the ground to the bottom of the rocker on my car is 7 inches, and I lowered my car about 4 inches. With about 7 inches of ground clearance I can't make it over 90% of speedbumps without dragging the car over it.
