Driver side power window

I have a 93 cougar XR7. The other day, my drivers side window got stuck on some sticky pen 15e (splashed from a cup holder), and it was hard to get to go up and down, then, it suddenly just stopped responding. The passenger side window still goes up and down no problem, and, when you do try to move the driver window, you can see the dash lights dim like its trying to draw power. I am sure that I will need to get to the power window motor, but I cant even figure out how to remove the door panel. Any ideas on how this is done, and am I looking in the correct place for the possible problem? Since the passenger window still moves, it cannot be the fuse for the windows.

Help!
