Speedo driven gear

Hey I was wondering if this gear would work in my AOD:

I've got a 8 tooth drive gear in the tranny and 3.73 gears out back. I've got a 21 tooth purple driven gear in right now and the speedo seems to be about 5-7 mph off. So do you guys think that this 23 tooth auto transmission driven gear would make it closer? Also can I get it from a Ford dealer?

Thanks :D . It says I need a 24 tooth gear so since the 23 tooth gear is pretty close that should help correct it alot. Now I just have to see if my local Ford dealer has one and if not I'll just order it.
