Found a insturment panel, but will it work? Reply #3 – December 02, 2005, 05:09:59 PM I seem to remember that you can modify the digital tach to work with a 4, 6 or 8 cylinder. Something to do with the "tach strap" terminals in the cluster connector. I seem to remember that if you ground one you get one engine, ground both you get another, or ground none and get yet another, or something like that... Quote Selected

Reply #7 – December 13, 2005, 11:00:52 AM I think that if you ordered the light group or something like that in the LX you got the full digital dash reguardless of engine. I know that I saw an 88 LX V6 in the yard with a full digital dash once. never though to pull it to see if the tach hook up was diferent than the one on my car (5.0). Quote Selected
