1986 Turbo coupe suspension and brake questions November 25, 2005, 09:39:19 PM Is there and difference in the suspension and brakes on th 86's compared to the 87-88? Besides the rear drums (86)to disks (88). I'm getting rid of the 1988 5.0 converted coupe and want to grab any parts (upgrades) I can before it leaves. Quote Selected
1986 Turbo coupe suspension and brake questions Reply #1 – November 25, 2005, 10:05:05 PM yes, the 87-88 has11" front disc brakes /your 86 has 10" I belive the sway bars and springs are similer if not the same. make sure to grab the struts also or a set of mustang struts so you can use the later spindles.
